What happens when I reach my monthly quota?

You can check your current limits anytime in the app (plan details / usage).

What happens when you reach your quota

  • Once you hit your monthly quota, messages are still recorded.
  • They are not transcribed anymore.
  • There is a small buffer: we keep recording for an extra 10% of your quota (for example, +20 or +40 messages depending on your plan).
  • After that, the answering machine stops recording new messages until your quota resets.
