Can I subscribe to the Professional offer as a consumer?
The Professional offer is made for businesses, in the same way the Personal offer is made for consumers. They offer different levels of support and availability. If the Personal offer isn't enough for you, please reach out and we'll tailor something to your needs.
Which countries do you support?
You can use Gaston with the Aircall integration with any number from Aircall. We support transcribing mobile calls in mainland France only for now.
Which languages do you support?
Gaston can transcribe English, French and Spanish for now. If you need transcriptions in other languages or in more than one language, please reach out.
Can I try Gaston for free?
All our offers come with a 15-days trial. You don't need credit card information to start a trial.
What happens when I reach my plan's monthly limit?
When you reach your limit, Gaston stops transcribing your messages. If it is connected to a mobile number, it will still take messages but not transcribe them.
Can I subscribe yearly? Do I get a discount?
Yes, you can! When choosing a plan from the webapp, you'll have the option to subscribe yearly and will see the associated discount.
What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?
There are no commitments on our plans and you're free to leave anytime. We can't offer refunds but your plan will stay active until the end of your last period. You'll always have access to your archived messages. If Gaston is connected to a mobile number, please deactivate from the app, as your greeting will be replaced to say that your voicemail is full.
