I’m not receiving notifications

The fix depends on what kind of notifications you’re missing.

App notifications

  1. Uninstall and reinstall the app.
  2. When prompted, make sure to allow notifications.
  3. Double-check your phone settings (Do Not Disturb / Focus modes).

Email notifications

  1. Check your spam/junk folder.
  2. If nothing shows up, email us at support@gaston.tel and we’ll check your settings with you.
