I’m not receiving notifications
The fix depends on what kind of notifications you’re missing.
App notifications
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.
- When prompted, make sure to allow notifications.
- Double-check your phone settings (Do Not Disturb / Focus modes).
Email notifications
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- If nothing shows up, email us at support@gaston.tel and we’ll check your settings with you.
