My calls aren’t being forwarded to Gaston

When calls aren’t reaching Gaston, it’s almost always a call forwarding issue on your carrier’s side.

What to ask your mobile operator

Ask your carrier to set up conditional forwarding from your phone number to your Gaston number:

  • when you’re busy
  • when there’s no answer
  • when you’re unreachable

Make sure they confirm these are conditional (not unconditional) forwards.
